Daily Routine
Do this Daily for Better Health
- Wake up early in the morning, preferably before sunrise. According to Ayurveda, a daily routine should be centered around maintaining balance and promoting overall well-being.
- Drink Water as soon as you wake up (but make sure you sip the water, please sit and not stand while drinking water always) from the bed so that the saliva goes in the stomach and kills all the bad bacteria.
- Try sitting in the Sqautt position morning (10 minutes) and evening (10 minutes) per day. You will never get knee or back problem after few days or weeks.
- When brushing your teeth, use 2 or 3 drop of castor oil on top of your toothpaste or rub the oil on your teeth then brush it evenly. It will make the gums stronger to hold your teeth for a long time.
- Try taking a shower with warm water – room temperature.
- Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Eat as much as you can but keep some space for you to breath.
- Make a habit to eat your breakfast and lunch or dinner at the same time.
- Try avoiding dinner at night. If you can not the eat your dinner (light meal) before sunset.
- Drink at least a glass of water before going to bed to avoid getting strokes while sleeping.
- Always try to sleep on the left side of the body. (Avoid sleeping straight like a dead man, avoid sleeping on your stomach and avoid sleeping on the right of your body due to your heart)
- Please don’t wear your socks when sleeping.
- Make sure to go to bed before 10pm daily and try not to wake up at night between 1am & 3am to avoid enhancing the growth of bad cells and getting diseases.
Some Daily Tips for Common Problems
Headace
- Cover your head with a warm towel and go to sleep for 2 hours. your pain will be gone.
Coughing
- use 1 or 2 clove and suck the juice. please do not eat the clove. The juice will help you remove the pain.
Toothache
- Rub castor oil for a minute at the place where the pain is and suck the juice of clove to reduce the pain.
